Choice Best Brand of Air Conditioners Fifth Year Running
In a reflection of their commitment to being the Experts in Air, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, Pty. Ltd. (MHIAA) has been awarded the CHOICE® 2022 Best Brand of Air Conditioners award Five Years in a Row. MHIAA is the only air conditioner brand to have achieved this accolade consecutively making them the most independently awarded brand of air conditioners in Australia.
ABOUT THE choice best brand AWARD
CHOICE® is a leading consumer advocacy group that runs yearly independent reviews on a wide range of products and categories. As part of the air conditioners review, CHOICE® based this on a combination of 4 years of split system air conditioner reviews as well as customer satisfaction and reliability information submitted by CHOICE® members. The Best Brand recommendation is given to companies with a clear lead over their competitors during the test period.
To be considered for the Best Brand award an air conditioner brand must have had at least a minimum of five different models tested by CHOICE® and a minimum of 50 consumer responses to the CHOICE® member survey. An award-winning brand must have an above average test, reliability, and satisfaction score. In 2022 CHOICE® reviewed 235 different models of air conditioners and rated brands across four categories including; Average Test Score, Brand Reliability, Customer Satisfaction and Recommended Ratio.
In the 2022 review, MHIAA outperformed all other brands of air conditions to receive and overall Best Brand Score of 74% to take out the 2022 Best Brand Award. Along with this, MHIAA was also rated highly in both reliability and customer satisfaction achieving a 90% and 94% respective rating for each category.
