COVID-19 Update for Our Customers

As you are no doubt aware, areas of greater Melbourne and regional Victoria are, or will be, under stricter COVID restrictions that will be in place at least until the 13th of September.

HVAC has been included in the list of essential trades, and as such, our sales, customer service, technical support and warranty teams are continuing to work hard to support you. They can be easily contacted via email or contacting our office on 1300 138 007.

Our supply chain has not been affected and we continue to have new stock arriving this week and into the future allowing us to continue to supply air conditioners and spare parts. We have no delivery restrictions from our logistics partners, and they will continue to be able to deliver whilst utilising safe work practices.

MHIAA is closely observing all protocols advised by our governments and health officials and will regularly monitor all communications and updates from both the Australian Government and Victorian State Government on the situation to make informed decisions and ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and the wide community.
