In a further move of the company’s growing expansion within the HVAC market, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, Pty. Ltd. (MHIAA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Haller as General Manager of Sales and Marketing. This new role within the company will focus on developing a strong sales and marketing force to continue and expand the company’s success and leadership over the coming years.
With a strong background in Business Development, Leadership and Management, and a thirst for knowledge, Stephen acknowledges that he is excited to be joining Australia’s most awarded brand of air conditioners.

While his next few months will be dedicated to understanding the company’s key stakeholders and products, Stephen is looking forward to developing his management strategy that focuses on four key pillars for success.
“I concentrate on leadership, helping teams thrive in changing market conditions, focusing on four key areas: People, Strategy, Execution & Profit. People are the cornerstone of any business. A road map or a strategy is also essential to help the team make consistent decisions that take the business in the right direction. People, Strategy, Execution & Profit, in that order.” Stephen Haller.
For Stephen, as part of his new role, he acknowledges the strong importance of mentorship and leadership that will be invaluable to the team moving forward.
“When I was a young manager, I was lucky enough to have a few people really invest their time and experience in me. I now see it as my duty to ‘pay it forward by mentoring, coaching, and helping those who I can improve their skills and knowledge, making a difference for them, their family and their customers.” Stephen Haller.
