MHIAA Sponsors CCN’s Women in HVAC Programme

MHIAA is pleased to announce their sponsorship of the inaugural 2023 Women in HVAC Programme by Climate Control News to recognise talented women making an outstanding contribution to the HVAC industry.
The HVACR workforce has diversified in recent years, and this will continue as more women recognise the abundance of opportunities that are available across this growing industry.

This initiative is not about competing for a top spot in our showcase or vying for an award it is a programme dedicated to sharing experiences and elevating women making a difference in the HVACR industry.
Every year, women from around Australia will be invited to nominate to be a part of CCN’s Women in HVACR showcase.

Entries will be welcome from young rising stars through to senior executives. It is about their experience and talent, not their age or title. There are such a wide range of professions in HVACR from researchers to executives and technicians through to sales staff and small business owners.

MHIAA managing director, Mr Yuji Ito

Managing Director for MHIAA Mr. Yuji Ito highlights that the company is proud to be sponsoring this inaugural program with CCN as it is reflective of the companies’ value of promoting equal opportunity in the work force.

“Here at MHIAA we have built a strong foundation recognising the talents and abilities of our entire team and rewarding our staff for their knowledge, skill set and contribution to our team.

In the last 12 months we have recognised and promoted several staff members to executive level within our business and are proud to share that over half of our executive team is now comprised of female members of our staff.

We are excited to be supporting the 2023 Women in HVACR programme, recognising and rewarding those women within our industry who have continued to challenge the boundaries and demonstrate their ongoing excellence and achievements within their roles.

Within this programme we are looking forward to seeing the nominees and their experiences within this industry along with the ways that they have shaped and influenced the changing nature of the HVACR industry.

The HVACR industry is one that is increasingly providing opportunities for women in various levels and degrees. We are honoured to be part of this great programme in partnership with Climate Control News for 2023 to recognise and support the growing number of successful women within the industry.

We look forward to seeing all the nominees and wish them all every success in this programme.” Mr. Yuji Ito, MHIAA.
