MHIAA Celebrates a Year of Success and Growth

As 2019 draws to a close, the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, Pty.Ltd. (MHIAA) teams from across Australia and New Zealand came together in Sydney, Australia to celebrate a year of success, growth and development. Entering its 20th year in Australia at the start of the year, MHIAA went from strength to strength being awarded the 2019 Best Brand of Air-Conditioners, for the second year in a row, by leading consumer advocacy group CHOICE® and the 2019 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customer award.

In the official company address, Managing Director Mr. Yuji Ito noted that it was the people in the company that are the driving force for the success of the company.

“Each of you in this room today are important to our business and the success of our brand. From Sales, Marketing, Service & Warranty, Research & Development, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service, each member of the MHIAA team has a significant role to play in the success of our company across Australia and New Zealand. Each year we continue to grow as one team because of the contribution and commitment of each team member.” Mr. Yuji Ito, Managing Director.

Mr. Ito noted that each year in Australia and New Zealand, the MHIAA business continues to flourish across all departments.

“Your efforts as a team have not gone unnoticed in this competitive market and it has been your hard work and dedication that has allowed us to share in this success.” Mr. Yuji Ito

The two-day conference ended with the staff’s end of year Christmas Party where they were joined by Brand Ambassador, Television Presenter and Interior Designer, Tara Dennis, in a night filled with good food, entertainment and great memories.

“Bringing the team here for our conference and Christmas party allows us to celebrate, together, our continued success in Australia and New Zealand over the last 20 years, but also as a way to look forward to the future of MHIAA and the continuation of our story.” Mr. Yuji Ito.
