MHIAA Appoints Scott Hester as State Manager for VIC, SA and TAS.

Further cementing its place as an organisation dedicated to the growth and development of its staff, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, PTY. LTD. (MHIAA), is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Hester as State Manager for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

As a long-standing member in the HVAC Industry, Scott brings over 14 years’ experience to this new role, 9 of which have been dedicated to various roles within MHIAA. Scott notes “Having completed my Air Conditioning and Refrigeration apprenticeship in 2009, I was then employed as a Technical Service Engineer for MHIAA in 2010 before becoming a Sales Account Manager in 2012.”

In these roles, Scott was able to develop both his understanding of the MHI product range and foster relationships with customers in the region, experience he plans to bring with him in his new role.

I look forward to continuing to build relationships not just with these customers but the region as a whole to ensure continued success for MHI.” Scott Hester, MHIAA. As an avid sports fan, a cricket player and member of the MCC and Hawthorn Football Club, Scott recognises the importance of team work in the success of his region and hopes to foster this team mentality amongst his staff.

He notes “Having been part of a many team sports over the years, you not only develop the skills to be successful at each sport you also learn to value the importance of teamwork in achieving success.”. “In our region we can recognise that there are areas where the MHI brand is very strong, however there are opportunities for growth and development across the region and I look forward to working together with my team to identify and target these areas” Scott Hester, MHIAA
