Your Safety is Our First Priority

Regarding the most recent COVID-19 outbreak, MHIAA would like to reassure everyone that the well-being of our customers, employees and community is of absolute importance. We are closely monitoring all communications and updates from each State Department of Health and State Government websites to make informed decisions to ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and the wider community.

With the latest lockdowns and restrictions announced across several states across the country, we have transitioned back to having all staff working from home. Our Customer Care and Sales teams will also be working from home but will continue to offer the highest support to our customers via phone and email. Order processing and distribution of our products will continue, business as usual. We are working closely with our third-party warehousing and logistic team to ensure contact-free deliveries continue to service our customers during this time.

At MHIAA we are committed to supporting all our customers throughout this time in line with Government restrictions and requirements. Strict social distancing, wearing a mask and increased hygiene practices are enforced in all our offices that remain open as recommended by governments and health officials.
