MHIAA Named by CHOICE as Best Air Conditioner Brand For Third Year In A Row

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) is pleased to announce that we have once again been recognised as the 2020 Best Brand of Air Conditioners by leading consumer advocacy group CHOICE®! This is the third year in a row that Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has been recognised with this prestigious award, having also taken out the title in 2018 and 2019. Something no other air conditioner brand has done before!

The 2020 Best Brand of Air-Conditioners recognition was based on test reviews of over 200 reverse cycle air conditioners and the results of the annual reliability and satisfaction survey completed by 3,489 CHOICE® members.

According to CHOICE®, the Best Brand recommendation is given to brands with a clear lead in the test. This annual recommendation is awarded to products or services that out-perform their competitors in rigorous lab tests as well as in customer satisfaction and reliability over the last 12 months.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries scored extremely well – achieving a seriously impressive 94% for customer satisfaction (the highest of any brand) and 90% for reliability.
