A New Era of Customer Service as MHIAA appoints Rita Doulkerdis as Customer Service Manager

A new era for Customer Service has been ushered in at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, Pty. Ltd.  (MHIAA), with the appointment of Rita Doulkerdis as Customer Service Manager. With over 15 years of leadership experience in similar roles, Rita joins the MHIAA team to further enhance the company’s dedication and commitment to their customers across Australia and New Zealand.

For Rita people, process and structure form the fundamentals that are the core of a great customer experience. MHIAA is extremely honoured to announce that Rita has joined our team and looks forward to the experience and influence she will bring to the role to further enhance the company’s customer experience journey.

General Manager of Sales and Planning Adrian Brown highlights that Rita’s appointment at MHIAA and her experience will further enhance the company’s relationships with its key partners.
